I created a Holiday Wellness Gift Guide that works for all of the women in your life, but this holiday gift guide for fibroids is special because it was created with fibroid survivors in mind.

Up to 80% of women will develop fibroids by age 50. Even if you aren’t personally affected by fibroids, it’s possible and probable that you know several women who are currently dealing with them. Many women don’t experience noticeable symptoms, but those women who do may experience severe symptoms that can impact their daily lives and relationships.

It’s sometimes difficult to know how to support the women in your life who may be managing fibroids, but the holiday season is a great time to show your support for someone who may be struggling with this chronic condition or any other uterine condition including endometriosis, adenomyosis, and PCOS.

These are a few of my favorite items as well as some things I have on my Christmas wish list. These gift options help promote better health and encourage healing from the physical as well as the mental effects of fibroid symptoms.
